Taken from Allied Archives reguarding 'The Brotherhood of Nod'


... In the latter part of the 30th century the once great cult of Nod had become a shadow of it's former self. Just 400 years ago the Brotherhood possesed high tech weapons, a complete control of the deadly and efficent resource known as Tiberium, and could never be traced. They were considered one of the few underdog Galatic powers. All this changed when the Allies came in, in 2896 President of the Prime Allies passed bill 14495, a strict no tolerence to Cult activites if it involved: Terrorism, Sacrifice, medical manipulation, torture etc, all of which the Brotherhood was known for. As time passed the Brotherhood of Nod weakened. Unable to match the Allies, although for a peroid they did enjoy having superior stealth feilds, this was soon nulified when the Allies captured their prototype Stealth Tank MK15.

Now the Brotherhood numbers are in the thousands, they are nothing compaired to their past glory. The Allies massive 'War on Terror' made the Cult dwindle. Currently Nod troops are equiped with handed down weapons and uniforms (most dating to the 26th century) They no longer possess an edge over the Allied Systems. Redment militia are equiped also with explosives under their body armor, in the event that they are going to be captured or in a desperate fight, they can suicide bomb Allied troops.
